Salsa Factory Race Team, now in its second season, is the result of a collaboration between team manger Paul Hore and Ison Distribution, importer of title sponsor Salsa bikes. The team lives by the brand's motto "Ride & Smile". Ranging in age from 12 to 51 and racing in no less than seven NPS categories, as well as 12 and 24-hour enduros, the team is piling up results despite their laidback demeanor.

It's taken many years to build the team to its current level, but Paul would have it no other way. He brought together many of his long-time friends to form this close-knit team under the Salsa banner. The team's success is in part due to his philosophy that riding should be fun. He does his best to ensure it remains that way by planning biking holidays and other events for the team.
