ROUND 1 - DIRECTIONS TO VENUE Download Directions: PDF File (183KB) GPS Locator: IP24 3TP - This takes you to the Elveden traffic lights at the intersection of the A11 and B1106. At this point, turn left if you are coming from the south or right if you are coming from the north, and follow the last two steps of the directions below.
FROM THE SOUTH Head toward Cambridge, and get onto the A11 toward Norwich / Thetford (it will be sign posted). At the Barton Mills round about, you'll see a Little Chef on one side and a garage on the other. Go straight over the round about staying on the A11. At the Elveden traffic lights, turn left onto the B1106 which takes you past the Elveden Inn and Centre Parcs. You'll soon start passing metal gates with numbered white posts marking the fire roads. At Fire Road 10, turn right into Mayday Meadow. Proceed about 1/4 mile to the large grassy area on the left. FROM THE NORTH Head down the A11 or the A134 toward Thetford. (From the A134, turn onto the A11). Continue south on the A11 through Elveden, which is just south of Thetford, passing the Elveden estate on the right. At the Elveden traffic lights, turn right onto the B1106 which takes you past the Elveden Inn and Centre Parcs. You'll soon start passing metal gates with numbered white posts marking the fire roads. At Fire Road 10, turn right into Mayday Meadow. Proceed about 1/4 mile to the large grassy area on the left.
