Cross-training activities: I teach PE, so I join in occassionally with the lads
Supplements/sports drinks: Honeystinger gels and a mixture of SIS products
Race preparation activities: Lots of faffing
Heart rate monitor/power meter used for training: I only use a HR monitor on long races, such as Polaris to help with pacing
Riding strengths: Mentally fast on the downhills - Pike forks help ;-)
Most enjoyable aspect of
mountain biking:
Being out and about in the great outdoors
Greatest bike moment:

Descending off Snowdon in the most amazing sunset ever. My mate half suggested going up it after we finished doing a quick lap of Llandegla on a Friday evening. Started climbing up at 8pm -- was in the curry house by 10.30pm!
