Cross-training activities: Competitive shelf stacking and the odd bit of running
Supplements/sports drinks: Don't use energy drink to train, but I do race with SIS 2 in 1 drink and energy gels
Race preparation activities: Chat, watch the other races and have a big poo to reduce nerves and weight
Heart rate monitor/power meter used for training: They don't work on me due to my abnormally shaped sternum
Riding strengths: I'd like to think climbing but I'm mostly an all rounder (slow on all terrain)
Most enjoyable aspect of
mountain biking:
Feeling tired but content after a successfull race
Greatest bike moment: Any time I've ever finished 1st
